If the Orangetheory Live video is freezing during a class, follow the steps below:
1) Close all programs not being used and other Google Chrome tabs
When taking an Orangetheory Live class it is recommended to have only Google Chrome open as any other programs can consume computer resources, causing the video to freeze.
You can see all running programs on your computer by right-clicking on the desktop taskbar and selecting Task Manager
In order to close an app, left-click on it and then click on End Task.
2) Check your Internet speeds
For an optimal class experience, it is recommended that your Internet download and upload speeds are at the very least 5Mbps each.
If you are connected to your Wi-Fi network and you are located far from your Internet router try to come closer. Hardwiring your computer to the Internet is highly recommended.
