What if I don't have a Burn or a Flex?
To track your stats during the Orange Theory Live work out if you don't have a Burn heart rate monitor you will have to connect your heart rate monitor to the mobile app and tap the HIIT workout.
You can do that by going to the HOME section of the app and selecting the HIIT workout. After selecting it, you will see a 3-second countdown before the app starts tracking your stats.
