When I login for class, my class is not listed.

If you are trying to join your Virtual class and you see the following message "Appears you don't have any booked Orangetheory Live classes" or your class is not listed, most likely the email you are using is not the same as the one recorded under your studio profile.
Follow these steps to solve this issue:
1) Click the "Sign out" button
2) In the home page of Orangetheory Live click 'Sign in"
3) Type your mobile app credentials, make sure to use e-mail under the profile you have recorded in your studio, if you are not sure of what email is recorded under your profile, please reach out to our agents over the chat we are available 24/7 to confirm the email by clicking the support button or reach out to your home studio.
If after typing the email provided by our agents you receive the error "User does not exist" that means you do not have a mobile account created under that email, a mobile account should be created under that email for you to see list of virtual classes scheduled, for further guidance on how to create a mobile account click the following article, How to create a mobile app account?
